We request you to please check if you received an email from Equitas bank to see if it mentions why your account was frozen and if any steps need to be taken by you.


If yes, you can reply to that email and keep niyox.escalations@goniyo.com (us) in CC. This will help us understand the reason and we can also follow up with the bank if there are any delays.

If you were not able to find any email, please send an email to selfservice@equitasbank.com with niyox.escalations@goniyo.com in CC asking why your account was frozen and what you need to do.


The bank should get back to you in 3-4 working days (2nd & 4th Saturdays, all Sundays, and public holidays are considered non-working days).
