To update or change your signature with the bank, you can follow these steps:
- Log in to Equitas internet banking
- On the home page, click on 'Service Request' and then choose “Video-Assisted Services”.
- Select “Signature Change Request”.
- Select your account number and the ID proof you will use (Drivers License, Passport, PAN). Once selected, upload a copy of the document (the size of the file should not be more than 1 MB).
- Agree to the terms and conditions and select “Proceed”.
- You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with a link to join a video call with a banking officer who will verify some details.
Your signature will then get updated within 3-4 working days.
