- Name change
- Log in to Equitas internet banking
- On the home page, click on 'Service Request' and then choose “Video-Assisted Services”.
- Select “Name Change Request”.
- Select your account number and the ID proof you will use (Drivers License, Passport, PAN, Aadhaar). Once selected, upload a copy of the document (the size of the file should not be more than 1 MB).
- Agree to the terms and conditions and select “Proceed”. Enter the OTP you receive on your registered mobile number.
- You will receive an SMS on your registered mobile number with a link to join a video call with a banking officer who will verify some details (the link is valid for 7 days).
B.Nominee Change or Deletion
- Log in to Equitas internet banking
- On the home page, click on 'Service Request' and then choose “Manage Nominee”.
- Select your account number
- If you want to replace the existing nominee and add a new nominee choose the option ‘Modify Nominee’ if you want to delete the existing nominee choose the option ‘Delete Nominee’
C.DOB Change Request
- To make corrections or changes in your date of birth we request you to please visit the nearest Equitas Small Finance Bank branch. You can also get in touch with the bank support team at 1800-103-1222 or write an email to the bank support team at customerservice@equitasbank.com
