The referral/campaign reward is not credited to the account? Print

Once you have scratched the scratch card that you get from referring friends/family, the reward (amount mentioned on the card) should come to your NiyoX bank account within 48 hours.

If you don’t get it within 48 hours, please let us know at niyox.escalations@goniyo.com and we will help you out.
