We request you to please check if you have met the criteria for the salary rewards:


  • You should have been subscribed to the Salary Rewards in the month. 
  • You should have transferred Rs. 20,000 or more to the NiyoX savings account before the end of the month (via IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS - it can’t be through UPI).
  • You should have spent Rs. 1,200 or more from this account (in one go) before the end of the month. This can be through your debit card or UPI (not IMPS, NEFT, RTGS).


If you did all of these, the scratch card should have generated instantly. We’re very sorry if it did not. 


Please go to the transactions page (click on “Savings Transactions” on the home page) and refresh the page (swipe from up to down). It can sometimes happen that the transaction may not be reflected immediately, and that’s why the scratch card was not generated.
