Refund transactions usually take upto 5 working days for domestic transactions, and upto 15 working days for international transactions (Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, and all public holidays). If you still don’t get the refund within this timeline, then please send us an email at with the details of the transaction (transaction reference number) and we will get it checked.

You can check the status of your transaction and get the transaction reference number by following these simple steps:

  1. Click on the “Credit Card” tile (top of the screen - this will take you to the credit card screen).

  2. Click on “Transactions”.

  3. Click on the transaction for which you want to know the status/reference number.
