You can follow these steps to close your Niyo Equitas savings account:

1. Log in to Equitas Small Finance Bank's internet banking portal
2. Click on 'Service Request'
3. Click on 'Video-Assisted Services' and choose 'Account Closure Request'
4. Select your 'Account Number' and 'ID Proof'
5. Upload the selected document copy in any of the given format .PDF, .JPG, .JPEG, .DOC, .DOCX
6. Select the transfer mode (If a balance is available in the account) from any of the three given modes

(i) Other Equitas Bank CASA account
(ii) NEFT/RTGS to another bank account
(iii) Demand draft

The bank will then get in touch with you and help you close the account (they will take confirmation from you).

Note: If you have any standing instructions (auto-debit for EMI, fast tag, etc, then you need to stop it before closing the account).
