We’re sorry to hear that, but you don’t need to worry. We suggest you do either of the following:
Immediately block the card permanently from your Niyo Equitas App.
- Click on "Bank" > "Equitas Savings Account"
- Click on "Card Settings".
- Click “Block” (top right corner, in red)
Note: Once the card is permanently blocked, it cannot be undone/unblocked. You can choose to order a card replacement at the cost of Rs. 199 + GST.
