We are sorry about the inconvenience. UPI refunds usually take:

Upto 48 hours - if money was being sent to an individual/person.

Upto 6 days - if money was being sent to a merchant.

In case you have not received your refund within the given timeline, please reach out to us over the in-app chat support with a screenshot of the transaction (On the home page, click on "Bank" > "Transactions" > Click on the transaction > Take a screenshot).
