To track your Debit Card through the NiyoX application, please follow these steps:

Open NiyoX App
Go to the “Bank” section
Click on the “Track” option visible on Top-right corner of the screen

The AWB (tracking number) will be sent to your registered mobile number within 3 days of applying for the Debit Card. If you have not received the AWB number by that time, please contact Utkarsh Small Finance Bank at customercare@utkarsh.bank or call on 1800 123 9878.
