A "Merchant Refund" indicates that you successfully made a payment from your NiyoX Account to purchase something, either online or offline. However, you subsequently canceled or returned the order, and you are now awaiting a refund.
In such cases, the merchant will give you a date by which you can expect to receive the refund. It can take upto a day more than that for the refund to reflect in your Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Savings Account at Niyo.
