If a fraud transaction has been done using your Debit Card, please follow the below steps:


  1. Block your Debit Card

  • Tap on Bank at the bottom of the homepage. This will take you to the Savings Account page.

  • Click “Debit Card”

  • Click “Block” (top right corner) 


Note: Once you block the Debit Card, you cannot unblock it. If you wish to continue using a physical Debit Card, then you will need to apply for a new Debit Card again (you will have to pay the Debit Card Issuance Fees again).
