You can either send someone money via UPI (through third-party apps such as Google Pay, PhonePe, PayTM etc - you need to add your Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Savings Account on such apps to use UPI) or through the Fund Transfer option from the NiyoX App.
Fund Transfer steps:
1. Tap on Bank at the bottom of the screen, which will take you to the Savings Account screen.
2. Tap on “Transfer” and select “Send Money”.
3. Add the payee's details, including their Account number, beneficiary name, and IFSC code.
4. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number for verification.
5. Tap on “Send Money”, enter the desired amount, and tap on Authorise Transfer.
6. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number to confirm the transaction.
There is a cooling period of 4 hours for other bank beneficiaries and 30 minutes for Utkarsh Small Finance Bank beneficiaries. You can only send money to someone after you add them as beneficiary and once the cooling period is complete.
Following these steps will allow you to transfer funds from your NiyoX Account to another Account in India with ease.
