Sometimes it may happen that your funds may not get credited to the beneficiary’s account. In such situations, please follow the below steps:
1. Clear the cache memory
2. Update the app to the latest version
3. Restart the app & try again.
4. Re-add the payee
Not to worry, if your amount is debited then it will be credited to your account within 24 hours. If the issue persists, click on the 'Message Us' button on the app to contact us.
