To make sure that your card delivery is extremely secure, the card only gets delivered by the delivery agent after receiving an OTP from you (sent on your registered mobile number).

We use Delhivery or Bluedart (our trusted partners) for your card delivery.
We do not pre-activate your card.
The PIN can only be set via the Niyo App (we do not share the PIN physically).
You can track the delivery of your card via our app or our delivery partner’s website (Delhivery or Bluedart).
