If you have permanently blocked your card, you can now reorder a new card using these simple steps:

1. Log in to your Niyo App, Click on "Bank" > "Equitas Savings Account" > "Card Settings" from the dashboard. You would be able to see a banner at the top of the screen to order a new Debit Card.
2. Select how you want your name to be printed on the new card.
3. Once done, you can review your details. The card reorder fee is 199+ 18% GST and will be deducted from your Niyo Equitas account.
4. Once the card reorder is placed, you will receive the tracking ID within 1-2 working days and the card will be delivered to your communication address within 3-5 business days once the card has been dispatched.
