After meeting the spend criteria, it may take up to 2 days to unlock lounge access.

No, you will be eligible for Lounge Pass only if you spend INR 50,000 outside India. Applicable only on ECOM/POS transactions.   

Total spend of INR 50,000 needs to be done against a single card only. Combined spend will not be considered.

Lounge pass is valid till the next 30 days from date of generation. We recommend you generate the pass accordingly.

You can claim one Lounge Pass per quarter on the Niyo Global app. Provided, you reach the 50,000 INR spend milestone in each quarter.

Lounge Passes cannot be accumulated. Any unused pass will expire after 30 days of being generated.

The name on your Passport or PAN card used while onboarding with us will be displayed on your Lounge Pass.
