We’re very sorry about this. Please go to the Equitas Bank page on the app, and check if you see this message “Your Equitas account is debit frozen” (Screenshot below for reference):
If Yes - The bank has unfortunately frozen your account (for any debit transactions). They would have sent you an email informing you what needs to be done to unfreeze the account.

Please follow the steps mentioned in the email to unfreeze your account. Please do not worry, your money is absolutely safe with Equitas Bank.

If No (you don’t see the account freeze message) - Your transaction may have failed because of:
1. Server issue - Please try sending money again after some time (1-2 hours)
or
2. Insufficient balance - Please check your balance (add money if needed) and try again. We also request you to log in to Internet banking to verify whether a lien has been marked on your account.
