Merchant Refund means that you made a successful payment from your Niyo Equitas account to buy something (online or offline), but you canceled or returned the order, and you are now waiting for the refund.
The refund timeline will be updated to you by the merchant. We would like you to know that it can sometimes take upto 2 days more than the number of days the merchant mentions, for the amount to come back to your Niyo Equitas account.
In case you have not received your money within the mentioned timeline, please reach out to us over the in-app chat support with a screenshot of the transaction (On the home page, click on "Bank" > "Transactions" > Click on the transaction > Take a screenshot) so that we can assist you further.
