We’re sorry for the inconvenience. This can happen because of any of the following reasons:


  1. Server Issue - There may have been a server error at the Bank’s end. We request you to please try again after some time.

  2. Insufficient balance - We request you to please check if you have sufficient balance to make the payment/transaction that you are attempting.

  3. The Account is Frozen - Please check if you see a message on the homepage of the NiyoX App that says “Your Utkarsh Small Finance Bank Account is debit frozen

If yes - please reach out to Utkarsh Small Finance Bank immediately to understand why your Account has been frozen and to know the next steps (contact details provided below).

  1. Payment Mode disabled - 

  • Tap on Bank at the bottom of the homepage. This will take you to the Savings Account page.

  • Click “Debit Card Locks”. Please ensure that you have enabled the modes you want (Debit Card swipe, Online transactions, ATM withdrawal, Tap & Pay).


If you’re not facing any of these issues, we request you to please try again after some time (preferably after an hour or more).
