You can use the card to make international online transactions. However, you will have to unlock international payments in the app by the following steps:
Login to the Niyo App
Click on Bank > SBM Savings account > Card Settings
Click on 'Card Locks'
Click on 'International Payments', as well as 'ECOM Transactions', after entering the passcode
Icon will turn green and international payments will be unlocked
