1. We collaborate with trusted partners for the Debit Card delivery.
2. Debit Cards are not pre-activated for security purposes.
3. The PIN for your Debit Card can only be set through the NiyoX app; we do not share the PIN physically.
4. You can monitor the delivery of your Debit Card through our App or the delivery partner’s website.
5. The delivery agent will hand over the Debit Card to you only after receiving an OTP sent to your registered mobile number for added security.
