Providing an OTP to the Debit Card delivery agent is one of the security measures we take to ensure that the Debit Card delivery was successful and given to you or someone you trust.
Some more security measures that we take are:
1. We collaborate with trusted partners for the Debit Card delivery.
2. Debit Cards are not pre-activated for security purposes.
3. The PIN for your Debit Card can only be set through the NiyoX app; we do not share the PIN physically.
4. You can monitor the delivery of your Debit Card through our App or the delivery partner’s website.
